I think as survivors we have a lot of safety behaviours that fill our life.  The problem is the danger is gone and the safety behaviours only keep us from realising the danger IS gone.  What are you safety behaviours?  How might you test whether they are still needed?</description>

		<description>I got the same problem as you, that tends to disappear. I manage in totally be indifferent to what people could think about myself. I express myself, with the most respect I can, and after all, who couldn&#039;t be criticized at the end?
Thinking we are stupid could lead the Other to feel it, and finally use it incounsciously.
